The enquiry form asks for your name, contact details, selected service, and any message you choose to provide. Company and address details help us assess your requirements. A street address is required for connectivity availability checks.

We do not sell personal information. We use what you send to quote or support the service you asked about. Under POPIA you may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or object to processing that is not required to do the work. We will need to confirm it is you.

When you choose “Send enquiry”, the website processes your details and sends them to our inbox through our email provider. When you choose “Continue in email” or an email link, your own email application prepares the message for you to send. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Email copies may remain with the sending and receiving email providers.
